Raw Material Performance Engineer

ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport global mineral processing and quarry operations through technical expertise, process optimization, and innovation /li liWork closely with operations, geology, mining, and engineering teams to improve plant performance, evaluate mineral deposits, and implement new processing technologies /li liSupport the commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of mineral processing plants /li liConduct process audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement /li liEvaluate new technologies and developing business cases for process enhancements /li liManage laboratory and pilot-scale testing programs and collaborating with external partners /li liSupport technical and RD projects across the organization. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liSupport global mineral processing and quarry operations through technical expertise, process optimization, and innovation /li liWork closely with operations, geology, mining, and engineering teams to improve plant performance, evaluate mineral deposits, and implement new processing technologies /li liSupport the commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting of mineral processing plants /li liConduct process audits and identify opportunities for operational improvement /li liEvaluate new technologies and developing business cases for process enhancements /li liManage laboratory and pilot-scale testing programs and collaborating with external partners /li liSupport technical and RD projects across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering, or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in mineral processing, mining, or process engineering; experience in plant commissioning and optimization is a plus /li liStrong understanding of mineral processing technologies, including crushing, screening, sorting, and separation processes /li liFluent in English, any additional language is an advantage /li liStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in international teams /li liSelf-driven, collaborative, and capable of managing projects independently. /li liWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis /li /ul h3Contact /h3 pDaniel Bolliger, HR Business Partner /p /p
