Responsibilities:
/b /p ul liLead and coordinate Technology workstreams related to the sale or run-off of business units. /li liEnsure that all aspects of people, processes, systems, and regulatory requirements are considered and managed effectively. /li liSupport transition planning and the implementation of post-sale support agreements with third parties. /li liMaintain operational stability while enabling strategic transformation and exit preparation. /li liCollaborate closely with a small, distributed team across multiple European locations. /li liCommunicate effectively with internal stakeholders and project teams to drive progress and align priorities. /li /ul pbProgram Context: /bbr/The transformation program commenced in mid-2024 and will continue through 2026. The role requires strong delivery management experience and the ability to balance day-to-day execution with longer-term strategic goals in a complex and evolving environment. /p pbIdeal Candidate Profile: /b /p ul liProven delivery management experience (minimum 3 years) in technology-driven projects or transformations. /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and communicative working style. /li liCapable of managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations simultaneously. /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. /li liExperience working in distributed or cross-border teams is a plus. /li liDegree-level education or equivalent professional qualification preferred. /li /ul pbTeam Environment: /bbr/The successful candidate will join a high-performing, supportive team that values open communication, respect, and mutual feedback.
