Our partner is looking for a Workday Payroll Analyst based in Switzerland. /b /ppWe are seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Analyst to support enterprise implementation and deployment initiatives, ensuring accurate, compliant, and reliable payroll processing. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll, leading comprehensive testing activities and validating system configurations. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and technical teams to identify issues, resolve defects, and ensure operational readiness. Your expertise will be essential in managing payroll reconciliations, data validation, and go-live preparation. This opportunity is suited to a detail-oriented professional with extensive Workday implementation experience and a strong understanding of payroll operations. You will help strengthen payroll processes while Accountabilities: successful system delivery and compliance with applicable requirements. /ph3Accountabilities /h3pThe Workday Payroll Analyst will oversee payroll testing and validation throughout implementation and deployment, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and readiness for production. /pulliServe as the subject matter expert for Workday Payroll during implementation and deployment activities. /liliLead payroll testing initiatives, including system integration testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, regression testing, parallel payroll testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). /liliValidate payroll configurations, including earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and applicable compliance requirements. /liliDevelop and execute detailed test scripts, document testing results, and coordinate defect resolution with technical and business teams. /liliCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and implementation partners to ensure successful payroll processing and system readiness. /liliSupport payroll data validation, reconciliation activities, cutover planning, and go-live readiness. /liliTroubleshoot payroll system issues and contribute to defect management and resolution. /liliProvide recommendations for improving payroll processes, configurations, and operational practices within Workday. /liliHelp ensure that payroll integrations and end-to-end workflows function accurately throughout implementation. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliAt least 5 years of Workday Payroll experience, including multiple full-cycle Workday implementations. /liliDeep expertise in Workday Payroll configuration, testing methodologies, and payroll operations. /liliProven experience leading payroll testing activities for enterprise Workday deployments. /liliStrong understanding of payroll regulations, tax processing, earnings and deductions, garnishments, and payroll integrations. /liliExperience with Workday reporting, troubleshooting, and defect management. /liliFamiliarity with payroll data validation, reconciliation, cutover activities, and go-live preparation. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. /liliAbility to coordinate complex testing activities, document findings clearly, and drive issues through resolution. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliContract engagement. /liliRemote work arrangement. /liliSalary, healthcare coverage, paid leave, and other additional benefits are not specified in the provided
