pWe are seeking an experienced bSenior Manager, Enterprise Learning /b to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of global learning solutions that build workforce capability and support business growth. In this strategic role, you will partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify capability needs and deliver impactful learning experiences across a global organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliPartner with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and Talent teams to identify learning and capability needs. /liliDesign and implement bscalable global learning programs /b aligned with business priorities. /liliLead enterprise-wide learning initiatives from bstrategy through execution /b and evaluation. /liliManage bcomplex projects /b, stakeholder relationships, budgets, timelines, and external vendors. /liliLeverage learning technologies, including bWorkday Learning and digital platforms /b, to enhance learner experience and adoption. /liliUse bdata, analytics, and feedback /bto measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions. /liliDrive best practices in instructional design, blearner engagement /b, and learning operations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Learning Technologies, or a related field. /lili7+ years' experience in Learning Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related areas. /liliProven experience designing and implementing benterprise learning programs. /b /liliStrong bproject and stakeholder management skills /b, with experience leading global initiatives. /liliKnowledge of badult learning principles /b, instructional design, and digital learning technologies. /liliStrong communication, consulting, and influencing skills. /liliExperience with learning analytics and bemerging technologies, including AI /b, is highly desirable. /liliPreferred:ulliMaster's degree in a related field. /liliProfessional certifications such as CPTD, SHRM, SPHR, PHR, ATD, or Prosci®. /liliExperience supporting digital transformation and organizational change initiatives. /liliWorkday Learning experience. /li /ul /liliCandidates must hold a valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU passport /li /ul
