pThe Department of Aging and Care of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of the city of Winterthur in the five senior centers and through Spitex. /ppFor the Residential Group \"Acute and Transitional Care (AÜP)\" in the senior center Adlergarten, which provides a well-maintained home for 160 residents, we are looking for a committed, communicative, and experienced leader who wants to shape daily care together with colleagues starting from December 1, 2026, or by agreement. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliOperational management and independent organization of the AÜP residential group /liliEnsuring professional care and support for patients /liliResponsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the care and support team /liliInterdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, the nursing expert, customer consulting, and hospitality /liliResponsibility for RAI classification and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines /liliActive participation in future-oriented care development and the supervision of students /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliTraining as a nursing specialist HF / FH with acute and/or long-term experience as well as management training or the willingness to acquire it /liliWillingness to participate in direct care and support /liliVery good IT skills (MS Office, RAI, and PEP knowledge is an advantage) as well as fluent German /liliHigh social competence and communication skills with a high level of commitment /liliGreat independence, openness to change processes /liliQuick comprehension, networked thinking with analytical skills /li /ulh3What
