Our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality, and efficient financial services to Swiss companies with business relations in China and Chinese companies with business relations in Switzerland. We primarily focus on corporate banking for top companies from selected industries, large and medium-sized clients, and support their trade and investment relationships. Additionally, we are also developing our business with medium-sized, family-owned Swiss companies to help them establish their presence in the Chinese market. Our offerings include commercial lending, trade finance, treasury, RMB clearing and settlement, RMB Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (RQFII), and other banking products and service. Currently, we employ about 45 professionals from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. /p pbYour main responsibilities /b /p ul liAssist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and prospects in line with the overall mandate. /li liAssist in organizing and coordinating client meetings. /li liAssist in planning and executing client events. /li liAssist with data analysis and the preparation of internal reports for FI clients. /li liAssist with KYC processes, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews. /li liAssist in managing the credit process, including the preparation of credit ratings and credit applications. /li liAssist with AML-related responsibilities, including monitoring, analysis, commentary, and the assessment of adverse media relating to clients. /li liPerform ad hoc tasks assigned by the FI Senior RM and the FI team. /li /ul pbYour qualifications /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and accountability. /li liExcellent attention to detail. /li liStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion. /li liStrong risk awareness and sound judgment. /li liAbility to understand and communicate complex regulatory requirements clearly and effectively. /li liProactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently. /li liCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. /li liExcellent written and spoken in Mandarin and English; is an advantage. /li /ul pFrom all our employees we expect professional customer service, high level of expertise, an independent and reliable way of working, a positive team spirit and cultural acceptance. /p pPlease note that Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required. /p ul libWork location /b 8002 Zürich (ZH) /li libWorkload /b 100% /li libEmployment start /b By agreement /li libEmployment duration /b Permanent /li /ul
