h3Scientist in Downstream Process Development / no-646 /h3 pFor our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for ab: Scientist in Downstream Process Development /b(m/f/d) /p ulliLocation: CH-Basel /liliBranch: Pharma /liliDuration: – /li /ul h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 pPlan and perform scientific experiments for the preparation and timely delivery of drug substances (DS) manufacturing processes. /p pCollaborate within a multifunctional project team coordinated by a Project Leader. /p pConduct experiments related to purification processes (e.g., chromatography or filtration). /p pContribute to project-related scientific/technical activities with guidance from experienced team members. /p pMaintain lab instruments and infrastructure, ensuring quality, quantity, and timelines in all assigned projects. /p pDocument scientific experiments and plant activities and optimize existing methods to develop more efficient ones. /p pCommunicate and address problems, perform safety and literature searches, and manage chemicals and solvents within your area of responsibility. /p pCollaborate with other team members to facilitate deliveries of DS. /p h3Must Haves /h3 ulliA minimum of 3 years of experience as an associate scientist/associate expert or a completed Bachelor’s degree /li /ul pProven experience in safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials, and equipment. /p pStrong scientific or technical knowledge in a specific area (e.g. biotechnology). /p pProficiency with laboratory and technical tools, as well as software and computer tools. /p pExperience with downstream development technologies like chromatography or filtration is a plus. /p pBasic presentation skills and scientific/technical writing skills. /p pKindly be informed that our customer is located in Switzerland.
