You support recruitment assignments from the initial briefing through to successful placement, while helping evolve our digital ways of working. /p pA role for people who take ownership, get things done and enjoy driving change. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liYou manage recruitment assignments from understanding hiring needs and finding candidates through to successful placement, across temporary and permanent staffing /li liYou source and engage suitable candidates through professional networks, digital channels and talent databases, making effective use of AI-supported tools /li liYou review profiles, conduct initial interviews, confirm availability and prepare compelling candidate profiles for our clients /li liYou look beyond individual placements: you recognize new business potential, set priorities with a commercial mindset and actively contribute to shared success /li liYou work closely with our sales team, our branches and the IT team, ensuring personal, reliable communication with everyone involved /li liYou improve existing workflows, bring forward ideas and support the introduction of digital tools and automated processes /li liYou keep a close eye on quality and responsiveness, use meaningful metrics to guide your work and turn insights into practical improvements /li /ul h3About you /h3 ul liYou have experience in staffing, recruitment or talent sourcing, ideally with a good understanding of the Swiss labour market /li liYou enjoy understanding clients, market trends and business dynamics, combining a service mindset with commercial awareness /li liYou have completed vocational training, preferably in a commercial field.
