Responsibilities:
/h3ulliPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for projects and proposals. /liliDevelop and maintain cost estimation tools and databases, leveraging historical and market data. /liliMonitor market trends and key cost parameters to ensure reliable and up-to-date estimates. /liliCollect and evaluate vendor quotations in collaboration with the Procurement Department. /liliCollaborate with Proposal, Procurement and Technical teams to validate costs and ensure the completeness of estimates. /liliPerform cost analysis and benchmarking, comparing estimates with historical and actual project data. /liliSupport proposal development and client negotiations by providing cost breakdowns and pricing justifications. /liliDegree or diploma in Business, Commerce, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, combined with experience in the Oil Gas industry. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in a Contracts Engineer or Estimator role. /liliExperience with onshore/offshore projects and EPC projects is considered an advantage. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English. /liliStrong knowledge of estimating techniques and methodologies applicable to the Oil Gas industry and onshore/offshore projects. /liliStrong teamwork skills, with a proactive, results-oriented approach. /li /ul
