As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for talented and passionate individuals who want to play an active role in our success. /p h3Position: Management Accountant /h3 h3Full time /h3 h3Your Role /h3 pReporting to the Finance team at Christopher Ward SA, our production and assembly entity based in Biel/Bienne, you will play an important role in driving the company's financial and operational performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, /li liMonitor monthly costs and expenses by department, /li liAnalyze production variances and provide meaningful explanations, /li liPrepare monthly management reporting, /li liReview and analyze product cost variances, /li liAnalyze Work in Progress (WIP) balances and provide commentary on trends and movements, /li liPerform monthly inventory and stock movement analyses, /li liMonitor and analyze Research Development (RD) costs, /li liPrepare monthly customer invoices, /li liPrepare selected accounting entries and related reconciliations, /li liReview and validate supplier returns in the ERP system, /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and management reporting tools. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field. /li liInitial experience in management controlling, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. /li liStrong analytical skills and a genuine affinity for working with numbers. /li liDetail-oriented, proactive, curious, and solution-driven mindset. /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li liGood command of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite. /li liExperience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an advantage. /li liStrong interest in working within a fast-growing and evolving business environment. /li liFluency in either French or German, with a good command of English. /li /ul h3What
