This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various teams to maintain a reliable banking application environment. He is responsible for providing to the employees and to customers of Lombard Odier group with functional support applications in Finance domain. This support team’s main mission is the satisfaction and trust of colleagues and clients. /ppbYOUR ROLE /b /plipIdentify, resolve and troubleshoot all Functional Support issues for finance and accounting applications. /p /lilipParticipating in quality controls and documentation of new applications releases notes. /p /lilipMonitor KPIs to ensure SLAs are met and the service is on time and reliable. /p /lilipEscalate major incidents to the incident management team to ensure timely resolution. /p /lilipOrganize and manage regular meetings with Bank partners for escalated cases, monitor closely the backlog of tickets /p /lilipAnalysis of balance sheet in SAP. /p /lilipEnsure a quality training for bank users. /p /lilipParticipate in new application release testing. /p /lilipWork closely with development and production teams. /p /lilipEnsure regular contact with our Bank partners Finance team. /p /lilipActively contribute to enhance the day-to-day process of the team by improvement proposals to the head of Application Support /p /lipbYOUR PROFILE /b /plipMaster’s degree in IT or Finance /p /lilip+5 years of experience in Banking /p /lilipExcellent communication and overall soft skills, proactivity, sense of initiative and sound experience in working under stress on unplanned matters /p /lilipExcellent command of banking, finance related operations and understanding of accounting principles /p /lilipGood command of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel PowerPoint /p /lilipPrevious experience as a Business Analyst or as an Auditor in the banking and financial sector is an advantage /p /lilipSAP BI knowledge is an advantage /p /lilipbResidence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate /b /p /lipbOur Maison’s DNA /bis defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /bshapes our actions.
