About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support businesses in optimizing their digital advertising campaigns, helping them achieve their marketing and sales objectives. You will work closely with clients, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies
* Provide performance-driven recommendations to maximize ROI
* Engage with clients via phone, video calls, and email to build strong relationships
* Work towards achieving key performance metrics and sales targets What Were Looking For:
* Fluent German (C1+) and proficiency in English
* Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
* Experience (6-12 months) in digital advertising, PPC campaigns, or outbound sales (preferred)
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
* Passion for digital marketing, technology, and continuous learning
What We Offer
* Competitive
salary:
24,310 30,000 gross per year (based on experience)
* Performance bonus package: Up to 3,000
- 4,290 gross annually
* Hybrid work model: Based in Barcelona
* Relocation package: Includes flight ticket, one-month accommodation, and health insurance support
* Permanent contract with a full-time schedule (Monday to Friday, 39h/week)
