Additional legal information and disclosures can be found on the company’s website. Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Geneva. The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with wealth managers and institutional clients, presenting SILEX’s investment solutions and SPARK tools in a clear and compelling manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, providing training and support to clients, and ensuring a high standard of customer service before and after onboarding. The Sales Specialist will monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SILEX’s services and tools. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and deliver high-quality support.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to develop pipelines, close deals, and achieve or exceed commercial targets.
- Experience in Training, particularly in explaining complex financial products or digital tools to diverse audiences.
- Background in finance, wealth management, or investment services, with the ability to understand and discuss investment solutions and quantitative tools.
- Comfort working with digital platforms and data-driven tools; ability to learn and present technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple client engagements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or other European languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
