• Involved in the review, modelling, structuring, underwriting and execution of Real Estate transactions across the investment spectrum and across a diversity of sectors
• Create tailored cash-flows/valuation models to simulate various scenarios across Real Estate assets
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on all operational and financial performance parameters of acquired assets
• Preparation of investment proposals Skills & Requirements
• 3-5 years’ relevant real estate experience gained in principal real estate investing, private equity, investment banking, consulting or asset management
• University degree in real estate, economics, finance or business studies.
• Experience in building real estate financial models, specifically fluency in Microsoft Excel is a requirement
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• High professional integrity, strong work ethic and commitment, and ability to perform under deadline pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Fluent in English – proficiency in a second language preferred
