We are seeking a Contract Manager for an international technology group operating in the life sciences sector. • Review agreements for research and product development projects, such as service, consulting and joint marketing contracts
• Track contracts through approval and e-signature across the group's legal entities
• Spot legal and compliance risks early and escalate complex matters to legal leadership
• Improve templates and playbooks so recurring contracts close faster
YOUR PROFILE
• Law degree with at least 2 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Background in an in-house legal team or a law firm with international clients
• Hands-on experience with supplier, procurement or commercial agreements
• Confident negotiator who keeps deals moving under time pressure
• At ease with Microsoft 365 and e-signature tools such as DocuSign
• Fluency in English is required; German and French are an asset
