Fully, Wallis, Schweiz OHG Brands Vollzeit $ 70’000 - $ 90’000 Vertrag
Description OHG Brands is home to America’s original, iconic restaurant brands. The company strategically develops and grows a diverse portfolio of fast-casual, quick-service and casual dining concepts around the world, using brand heritage as the foundation for growth and innovation that resonates with the next generation of fans. OHG Brands currently operates 12 restaurant brands: Round Table Pizza, Fatburger, Marble Slab Creamery, Johnny Rockets, Fazoli’s, Great American Cookies, Buffalo’s Cafe & Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Native Grill & Wings, Pretzelmaker, and Ponderosa and Bonanza Steakhouses, and franchises and owns over 1,700 units worldwide. OHG Brands is looking for an Application Administrator to own the cloud tools that keep our business running behind the scenes. You will be the go-to person for every online application outside our restaurant and core corporate IT systems: our help desk tools, project management tools, websites, analytics, privacy tools, and the apps each department uses day to day. You will work with every part of the business and partner closely with our Corporate IT, Data, Support and Restaurant IT teams. This is a full-time, hands-on role reporting to the Head of Enterprise Technology & Security. We move fast and think like entrepreneurs. Priorities can shift quickly as we grow, and we need someone who enjoys that pace, takes ownership without waiting to be asked, and looks for better ways to do things. Responsibilities
• Own our business apps. Set up, maintain and improve tools such as FreshService, FreshDesk, Monday.com, Asana, Formstack, Microsoft 365, and Claude.
• Administer our digital assets. Work with our marketing team and outside agencies to administer and support a digital portfolio containing hundreds of domain names, websites, social profiles, ad accounts, and analytics tracking tools.
• Keep them secure. Manage who has access, connect apps to single sign-on, and make sure people lose access when they leave.
• Support our people. Solve app issues, build simple workflows and automations, and write easy how-to guides.
• Ensure compliance & privacy. Ensure that company policies, privacy regulations, and prudent practices are followed in coordination with the legal team.
• Find and recover what we own. Track down apps, websites, domains and accounts the company uses but IT doesn’t manage yet, and bring ownership back to the company when they were set up by former staff, agencies or franchisees.
• Manage vendors and costs. Be the main contact for app vendors, track licenses, and help us avoid paying for tools we don’t use.
• Get more from what we already have. Spot when teams are buying different tools that do the same job, and help bring them onto one shared tool. When a team asks for something new, check first whether a tool we already pay for can do it.
• Partner across the business. Work with Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and other teams to understand what they need and make our tools work better for them. Requirements
• 3–5 years managing business software or cloud apps in an IT role.
• Admin experience with a help desk tool (such as FreshService, FreshDesk, ServiceNow or Zendesk) and a project management tool (such as Monday.com or Asana).
• A good understanding of user access and single sign-on.
• Some experience with websites, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle many tools and requests.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing company where you set your own priorities and adapt quickly.
• Clear, friendly communication with people who aren’t technical.
• A degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort using AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with ability to evaluate recommendations prior to implementation. Preferred
• Freshworks admin experience.
• Experience with cookie consent or privacy tools.
• Experience at a multi-brand or franchise company.
• Certifications such as ITIL 4 Foundation or CompTIA Security The base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
