The Opportunity:
Bei Avantor suchen wir einen engagierten Mitarbeiter Laborservice (m/w/d), der wichtige Laborserviceleistungen in einem GMP-regulierten Labor an unserem Kundenstandort in Schaffhausen erbringt.
In dieser Position sind Sie verantwortlich für die operative Unterstützung von Labor
- und technischen Funktionen entlang des gesamten Arbeitsablaufs. Sie stellen die kontinuierliche Verfügbarkeit von Materialien, ein effizientes Bestandsmanagement, die vorschriftsmäßige Handhabung und Entsorgung von Abfällen, die Koordination logistischer Prozesse sowie verschiedene Labor-Support-Services sicher. Dabei gewährleisten Sie stets ein hohes Maß an Kundenservice und tragen zu einem reibungslosen Laborbetrieb bei. Diese Position ist vollständig vor Ort am Kundenstandort in Schaffhausen angesiedelt.
Wir bieten
einen befristeten Vollzeitvertrag (40 Stunden/Woche). Die Arbeitszeiten sind regulär gestaltet, Montag bis Freitag . Es sind keine Schicht
- oder Wochenendarbeiten erforderlich.
Ihr Profil
Ausbildung:
Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Laborbetrieb, Supply Chain oder wissenschaftliche Unterstützung. Berufserfahrung:Berufserfahrung in der Laborunterstützung, Logistik, Lagerbestandsverwaltung, Lagerhaltung oder in operativen Servicefunktionen. Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich.
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Laborbetrieb und Laborprozesse
• Ausgeprägte Kunden

• Qualitätsbewusstsein und Verständnis für Qualitätsstandards
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Systemen

Aufgaben:
• Verwaltung von Lagerbeständen, Bestandsauffüllung und Bereitstellung von Materialien am Verbrauchsort.
• Annahme, Kontrolle, Lagerung und Verteilung von Labormaterialien und Verbrauchsmaterialien.
• Durchführung von unterstützenden Beschaffungsaktivitäten sowie Koordination mit Lieferanten.
• Unterstützung von Versand-, Wareneingangs
- und Probenlogistikprozessen.
• Verwaltung von Laborabfallströmen und Entsorgungsprozessen.
• Koordination der Verteilung von Trockeneis, flüssigem Stickstoff und Lösungsmitteln.
• Unterstützung der Laborbereitschaft sowie von Ordnungs
- und Sauberkeitsmaßnahmen im Labor.
• Verwaltung von Archiven, Dokumentenlagerung und Dokumentenrecherche.
• Koordination von Geräteumzügen sowie Bearbeitung von Wartungsanfragen.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften und operativen Prozessen am Standort.
• Unterstützung bei Audits und betrieblichen Inspektionen.
• Mitarbeit an Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
