Shape the future of Finance at Emmi.
As Manager Finance Transformation, Data & AI, you will play a key role in advancing Finance Excellence, transformation initiatives and digital innovation across Emmi's global organisation. You will represent Finance in Emmi's AI initiative and play a key role in shaping and managing in the Finance AI agenda under the overall direction of the Head of Group Finance Processes & Analytics.
Working closely with the Head of Group Finance Processes & Analytics, you will turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions and lead strategic workstreams from concept through implementation and sustainable adoption. We are looking for a Finance transformation professional with a good, practice-based understanding of Finance processes and the ability to connect business needs with data, technology and AI-enabled solutions. Ideally, you bring proven project leadership experience; at minimum, you have played a significant role in projects as a key stakeholder, workstream lead or overall project lead. You bring curiosity, sound judgement and a collaborative, hands-on approach to shaping solutions that create measurable value for Finance.
The role can be based at any Emmi location worldwide, with regular presence in Lucerne and international travel of approximately 20%.
