We are continuously looking for entrepreneurial-driven graduating interns to support our Global Advisory (“GA”) team. You will work in the GA department focused on providing tailor-made lending solutions and corporate advisory (M&A, equity and debt advisory) to our clients out of our location in Zurich. The position is available from January 2026. In view of the continued success of our GA team a successful internship could convert into an analyst position.
Responsibilities
- Researching and analyzing company & industry data
- Financial modelling aimed at both company valuation and capitalisation scenarios
- Preparing pitch books and internal memos
- Writing client presentations and transaction materials
- Assisting in all aspects of the execution of financing and corporate finance advisory transactions
Your Profile
- Degree in Corporate Finance and / or finalizing studies
- Prior internship experience in Corporate Finance
- Solid knowledge of structured finance, capital markets and corporate finance (capital structure, valuation etc.)
- Highly motivated, hardworking and willingness to learn combined with outstanding service and client orientation
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
- Precise, organized with a good ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a high level of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure while keeping client focus
- Strong IT skills: in particular Excel & PowerPoint, Bloomberg knowledge a strong asset
- Fluent in English and German, French a plus
