About the roleNeural Concept's Vertical Solutions team turns the most common engineering use cases into streamlined, production-grade workflows empowered by leading AI technologies.As Consumer Electronics Solution Owner, you will use your engineering background to define and lead the development of industry-specific workflows combining design, simulation, and data-science/ML to shorten product development cycles and enable customers to realize value quickly and at scale. You will partner with industry leader customers to understand sector needs and define relevant solutions, aligned with real-world requirements.In this pivotal role, you will work across team borders to make sure our product, team-members and clients can leverage and benefit from what you will build.What you will doDefine and deliver competitive and replicable solutions tailored to the consumer electronics industry.Deeply understand customer needs and articulate a strong value proposition in this context.Monitor customer projects within your vertical application to ensure mutual alignment and value delivery.Lead discovery interviews with customers, validate solutions, and expand product scope to cover a bigger part of the design process.Lead and participate hands-on into a small cross-functional team of CAD/CAE/ML engineers from prototype to production-ready solutions.Align vertical initiatives with company strategy, while bringing back industry insights to shape the global roadmap.Who you are5+ years in engineeringIndustry experience in design, simulation, and validation of electronic devices and components, with a strong understanding of mechanical and thermal reliability challenges in compact electronic systems — including drop and impact performance, thermal management of chips and batteries, vibration, and environmental durabilityStrong understanding of the engineering workflows, tools, and data used across CAD, CAE, and PLM environments related to consumer electronics design (e.g., SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS Mechanical, Simcenter Flotherm, Icepak, Abaqus, and Teamcenter etc...), covering domains such as drop and vibration analysis, thermal management, structural integrity, fatigue analysis, and environmental durability.Hands-on prototyping with CAD / CAE / ML scripting to de-risk ideas quickly. Python proficiency is a requirement.Exposure to end-to-end engineering design processes: requirements, concept, modeling and simulation, validation, release.Exposure to data-driven engineering.Pragmatic approach to problem solving: focus on impact, not buzzwords.
