As SoftServe grows, we make sure so does our positive impact on the world.IF YOU AREA proven individual contributor looking to grow a territory or an industryA sales leader with a proven track record of closing $10M+ dealsAn expert with a degreeA person with a deep understanding of business challengesKnowledgeable in public cloud technologies and relevant platformsGreat at building and leading cross-functional teamsExperienced with Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, custom application development, IT consulting, eCommerce, Big Data, or digital services in new client accounts in the retail industrySkilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development, including prospecting, initiation, deal qualification, closure, and customer satisfactionAdept at opening new accounts and building high-quality relationships, versus taking a transactional approachFamiliar with varied services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional services companyConnected with senior-level executivesQualified with a master's degree (would be a plus)AND YOU WANT TOAchieve assigned quota within a given territory by selling SoftServe's portfolio of professional services and software development offeringsDrive SoftServe's sales process and methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Engagement Management, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Delivery and Account Management) to effectively close new client deals in the retail industryMaintain pipeline progress, forecast accuracy, and opportunity progressionValidate/identify and build relationships with all key individuals within a client's organizationDrive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriateTravel 50%+Participate and conduct Quarterly Business ReviewsBuild a territory and account plan for the given fiscal year, leveraging existing pipeline, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiativesPresent SoftServe's value propositions and offerings to prospects and new clientsTOGETHER WE WILLHave access to 11,300+ learning solutions with SoftServe University and Udemy BusinessExtend your skillset and gain practical experience by cooperating with seasoned SoftServiansHelp you with your individual initiatives — we are open to them, just come and share your ideasCare for your wellness with a health insurance packageSoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
