If you're dedicated to delighting customers and promoting growth and innovation - we want you on our teamTBDAccount Executive - Banking Role We are looking for an Account Executive - Banking to innovate, win and grow with us in Geneva As an Account Executive- Banking, you will be responsible for creating, developing and nurturing a sales pipeline that leads to new business opportunities with our existing Accounts in Financial Messaging. Ideal candidate would have experience in selling solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and/or Multi-National Corporations. Knowledge of domestic and cross-border messaging systems, SWIFT Connectivity, hosted/ managed and cloud services, payment processes, cash visibility, reconciliation, systems integration and sanction screening is all highly desirable. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. How you'll contribute Manages the relation with banks and NBFI clients, including C-Level. Develops strategic business development plans with such clients. Positions as the trusted expert in financial messaging and payments. Works with the Head of Account Management to deliver results against revenue and growth targets. Operates as the main point of contact for any matters specific to your customers sales engagements, including onsite and remote presentations. Maintains sales operational requirements including documentation in and internal communications to senior management and other teams in accordance with best practices. Forecasts and tracks key account metrics. Works with delivery and product teams to ensure best practices pre and post sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you. 3+ years experience selling Enterprise Software solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and/or Multi-National Corporations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven successful ability to sell $1M+ Enterprise software/business solutions. Ability to develop relationships with the 'C' level business users to sell based on business value. Ability to manage the life cycle of a deal and to understand high level business and technical requirements. Advantage with knowledge and experience with cloud based (Azure, GCP and AWS) and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. Global vision, creativity and an innovative approach required.
