Play your part in driving our collective success.YOUR ROLEWe are seeking a Training Specialist to support our Training team in delivering high-quality learning initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on coordinating projects across all areas of training, from onboarding and client experience to brand and product knowledge, as well as digital learning. The Training Project Manager ensures that all initiatives are aligned with Maison's strategy, reflect our values, and drive excellence in execution across both retail and wholesale networks. A key aspect of the role is to support markets in implementing training initiatives and to collaborate closely with the international training community, ensuring global consistency while adapting to local specificities.PLAYING YOUR PARTProject ManagementYou will support the planning, coordination and execution of projects from concept to deliveryYou will manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal teams, markets, and external stakeholdersYou will participate in the organization and coordination of major training events and gatheringsDigital LearningYou will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of digital learning solutionsYou will support the integration of innovative learning tools and formats to enhance engagement, accessibility, and effectivenessYou will collaborate with the international training community to ensure digital initiatives meet both global standards and local needsContent DevelopmentYou will support the creation and production of engaging, learner-centered training materialsYou will ensure all training content reflects Maison's tone of voice, brand identity, and client experience standardsYou will contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials based on market feedback and learner insightsClient Experience Focus, Tracking & ReportingYou will collaborate with the training community and key stakeholders to embed client-centric principles into all training initiativesYou will ensure that all training programs strengthen the client journey and reinforce excellence in boutiques and CRCYou will monitor project progress, and KPIs, providing regular updates, and support evaluation of training impact and propose improvements for continuous learning enhancementWHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?Success in this role will requireA Bachelor's or Master's degreeStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with active listening and agilityThe ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with international teamsProject management experience, with a creative mindset with a passion for learning innovation, digital tools, and client experienceProficiency in project management and collaboration tools, as well as experience with e-learning platform management & optimization, content digitalization, data analysis & reporting, data management, cloud/file management, and cybersecurity awarenessFluency in English, with French or another language being a plusVacheron Constantin celebrates 270 years as the world's oldest watchmaker in continuous production since Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, we operate a global retail network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries.
