The role supports front-office teams and management with compliance advisory, regulatory interpretation, and the development of compliant policies, procedures, and documentation. You will drive key compliance projects, particularly digitalization initiatives while identifying and mitigating risks and strengthening the organization's overall compliance framework.Your AMINA To-Do ListDriving Compliance projects, in particular, the digitalization of AML processesReviewing of Onboarding casestaking into accountlegal/regulatory requirements (AMLA, AMLO, CDB 20,FinSA, resp. cross-border client segmentation, FATCA/CRS)Supporting front employees in the assessment of complex KYC cases and transactionsMonitoring of transactions and sanctions alertsManaging KYC and Due Diligence AnalysisDeveloping and reviewing of Compliance policies and proceduresAssessing and implementing regulatory changes in processes, policies,productand client documentationProviding compliance advisory services to client handling staff as well as to the Executive Management and in various projects related to new products and servicesSupporting in cross-border business-related matters and tax reporting Identifying, assessing, mitigating and reporting Compliance risksEducating and training employees on Compliance topics.Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:At least 5 years of experience in the financial sectorFluent in German and EnglishBroad experience as an in-house compliance officer in a bank or alternately, the financial industryExperience in or curiosity for blockchain and other new technologies mandatory Structured, independent and precise working mannerAbility to work under pressure, manage own goals and set up prioritiesOpen-minded, solution-oriented and team player attitudeWhy We're AwesomeJoin our skilled team and together redefine finance.We owe our exponential growth to our innovative and collaborate team spirit and talented workforce.
