As a Project Manager, you will coordinate the execution of the projects from order to delivery and installation while respecting deadlines, allocated budget, requirements and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesIn detail, you will:Proactively work with customers to check the compatibility of customer specifications and technical files prepared by the pre-sales departmentEstablish and monitor the project implementation scheduleCollaborate on the technical part with the involved company teamsBe the interface between the customer and various departmentCoordinate and monitor the different stages of the projects and the resources to be allocated or already allocatedProvide feedback on significant projects with all the involved teamsPresenting project status to internal stakeholderQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related disciplineProfessional experience in the role, operating in structured contexts with a matrix organizationProven knowledge of project management techniques (risk management, organization etc..)Knowledge in automated chemistrySynthesis, pragmatic and problem-solving approachAble to manage conflict and job-related pressureHigh computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office suite, and ability to learn business systems)Strong independence, drive, initiative and ability to work in a teamAptitude to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholdersEntrepreneurial skills and cost-conscious behaviourVery good written and spoken English, German or French is an advantage
