Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.Job DescriptionLead project Quality Assurance (QA), serving as the main Quality interface for the Project Director/Manager and the Customer on Quality issues.Ensure regulatory and quality compliance by developing quality strategies, managing QA/QC requirements, identifying proactively risks for potential non-conformities.Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to achieve project objectives and regulatory standards.Train and support project teams on Quality Systems, tools, and processes, promoting continuous adherence to standards.Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality issues and implementing solutions using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years' experience in Project/Site Quality Management, including welded constructions.Knowledge of harmonized standards (e.g., EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC, with expertise in Welding (e.g IWE), NDT methods (e.g RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (e.g FROSIO).Familiarity with quality and project management tools/ processes (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, 8D) and relevant UK/EU directives (e.g., PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC).Proficient in English; knowledge of German or Italian is a plus.Willingness to travel, up to 20%.Additional InformationWe offer• Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity• Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company• Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy• Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines• Excellent employment conditions• Attractive working place (central, good transport links)• Modern infrastructureFor HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
