Together, we empower our people to develop solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of millions of patients while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and dynamic workplace for our colleagues.Job OverviewThe Global Head of Cyber Security is identifying and assessing security risk, developing the cyber security strategy, proposing and implementing cyber security measures and is taking ownership on the company's continual development of cyber security processes and controls:Plan and lead the strategic, operational, and secure management of ICT system services, meeting the current and future needs of the company whilst ensuring the service provision is cost-effective, reliable, and customer-focused (internal and external)Proactively engage with external agencies, partners, suppliers and customers to further enhance the cyber security profile of the companyEffectively contribute to the company's overall management and policy framework supporting corporate objectivesMain ResponsibilitiesCyber SecurityDeveloping a basis for identifying legal and regulatory requirements, compliance and policies affecting cyber security (i.e. ISO27001, NIST2)Ensuring ongoing monitoring of the threat situationImplementing a business wide cyber security risk management processIdentifying and assessing general security risksCoordinating the development of comprehensive cyber security strategiesDefining the internal organization intended to ensure information securityIncorporating escalation procedures into the business continuity planReport the maturity and effectiveness of the SHL cyber security on a regular base to the stakeholdersManagementParticipate in the process of service improvement, review and changeParticipate in the development of a culture which is consistent with the company's vision and ensure the delivery of efficient and effective servicesPromote the best value and continuous improvement within the cyber security sectionDeliver targets within the cyber security sectionFully participate in FTE planning and budgeting processTeam Size: 4 team members located in 3 regions (Taiwan, US, EU)Minimum QualificationsExperience in establishing cybersecurity and risk metrics for reportingStrong Emotional Intelligence with demonstrated sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholdersDemonstrated management skills, e.g., budget development and administration, policy development and implementation, personnel administration, staff training and developmentDemonstrated ability to work with diverse peopleEffective oral and written communication skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsBe committed to continuous learning/improvementFully participate in staff appraisal and development schemesDemonstrate ongoing professional and personal developmentSet and outperform challenging individual and team targetsWe OfferChallenging assignments in a fast-growing and innovative industryA multicultural team and modern working environment with state-of-the-art facilities and technologiesA place where we take pride in the inclusive and collaborative environment we have built - one where a true sense of belonging fosters meaningful exchange and shared growthVarious opportunities for personal and professional development within a global organizationFlexible hours and hybrid working policyInterested in joining SHL Medical and in supporting us with your expertise and personality?
