### Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten ### * Verantwortung für das monatliche Reporting der Prinzipalgesellschaft (Rieter AG) sowie Stellvertretung für weitere Konzerngesellschaften bei Abwesenheiten * Sicherstellung der Budget- und Planungsprozesse, inklusive der monatlichen Rolling Forecasts * Erstellung und Pflege des monatlichen Liquiditätsplans * Übernahme von Aufgaben im Cost Accounting sowie Sicherstellung von Stellvertretungen * Übernahme von Aufgaben im Bereich Strukturkostencontrolling sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Division Controllern * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen und Berichten * Unterstützung bei Hauptbuchprozessen (General Ledger) bei Bedarf sowie Sicherstellung von Stellvertretungen * Mitwirkung bei Projekten, z.-B. bei der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA ### Ihre Qualifikationen ### * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Finanzwesen * Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Reporting oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie starke analytische Fähigkeiten * Selbstständige, engagierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative * IT-Affinität und Offenheit für neue Technologien und Prozesse * Hohe Verfügbarkeit und Flexibilität während des Monatsabschlusses (1. bis 7.
