With a strong commitment to digital transformation and patient-centric solutions, they are implementing one of the industry's most ambitious technology modernisation programmes in clinical trial data operations.Your ResponsibilitiesLead strategic program deliveryfor an $82+ million technology transformation initiative replacing core clinical trial data platforms, ensuring on-time implementation by Q1-Q2 2027Provide executive oversight and leadershipfor a complex matrix organisation comprising 60+ internal team members and multiple external technology partnersDrive digital transformation ambitionsincluding industry-standard concepts and data foundation frameworks across clinical data operationsEnsure GXP compliance and quality standardsthroughout large-scale platform integrations and technology implementationsFacilitate stakeholder engagement and change managementfor 1000+ end users across the organisation, including training, communications and adoption strategiesPartner with senior leadershipin program governance and steering committees, providing independent strategic guidance on complex implementation challengesOversee technical deliverablesand coordinate collaboration between IT services, business functions and external partners to achieve business value and impactYour ProfileExtensive experience in large-scale IT program deliverywithin pharmaceutical, biotech or regulated industriesProven track record in enterprise platform implementationsinvolving complex system integrations and data migrationsDeep expertise in Clinical Data Operations, including processes, current technology landscapes and future-state workflowsStrong knowledge of GXP system compliancerequirements and validation in regulated environmentsDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesin managing cross-functional teams of 50+ personnel including internal and external stakeholdersExperience in wide-scale change managementacross large workforces (500+ employees)Excellent stakeholder management skillswith proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership and external partnersStrategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery expertiseto translate complex technical challenges into workable solutions
