Construction Director - Pharmaceuticals - Stein, Switzerland - 3-Year Contract

**Requirements**:
Accountable for overall construction performance, including but not limited to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), Financial, Schedule and Quality performance for the greenfield facility build project
Leading the client and vendor construction organisation on site
Definition of the construction execution plan for the projects
Definition of construction sequences and construction schedule at the beginning of the project
Definition of KPIs to measure construction performance on site
Report the project construction status
Monitor and participate in the project risk identification and mitigation plan development process
Ensure corporate procedures, standards and guidelines are followed within the construction discipline
Be a visible, positive and encouraging example influence for the project team members, both internally and externally. Provide guidance and motivation to the team
**Responsibilities**:
20 years + experience in related industries (biopharma, life sciences)
Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in German and in English
Detailed knowledge of construction sequences and construction methodologies
Track record of successful project delivery within billion $ project
