The VisilabGroup, as part of the globally operating company EssilorLuxottica, is the No. 1 optician in Switzerland with the brands Visilab, Kochoptik, McOptic, and Linsenmax, and 170 stores.We are offering you the opportunity to join our Legal department as :Online Retail Coordinator Traineem/f (100%)_ Fixed-term contract_6 monthJob Description :As an Online Retail Coordinator, you will support a variety of digital initiatives aimed at increasing DISS (Digitally Influenced Sales in Store) revenue. Working closely with the digital and marketing teams, you will help ensure the timely execution and performance of online campaigns while delivering a seamless and engaging customer experience across digital touchpoints.Key Responsibilities :Online Retail & Website Optimization :Coordinate with the digital team to implement website optimizations that enhance the appointment funnel conversion rate and drive in-store traffic.Analyze and report on the performance of online features and digital tools.Conduct website testing to ensure proper functionality and user experience across devices.Lead and support initiatives to improve the drive-to-store experience through the website.Campaign Activation & Follow-Up :Ensure campaigns go live on time by coordinating closely with the brand manager & digital teams.Follow up on campaign deployment and troubleshoot any issues to ensure proper functionality.Align with the Paid Media Manager to verify that all campaign assets are correctly delivered, implemented, and launched as scheduled.Monitor campaign rollouts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with the campaign brief.Reporting :Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance, particularly focusing on e-appointments and drive-to-store KPIs.Analyze trends and identify performance gaps or growth opportunities.Provide actionable recommendations based on data insights to ensure we remain on track with our objectives.Share reporting insights with internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.Your Qualifications and Skills :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Online Marketing, Digital Business, or a related fieldNative-level proficiency in French or German; English level: minimum C1 (fluent)Strong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a proactive and analytical mindsetExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and campaign managementProficiency with data analysis tools and digital reporting platforms is a plusTheinternship is only open to people who meet the following legal requirements: Be enrolled in a school or vocational training program provided for by cantonal or federal legislation (e.g., vocational baccalaureate, college, university of applied sciences, university).Our Offer :A great opportunity to make an impact and contribute to an ever-changing international environment.Interested ?Please send us your complete application(letter of motivation, CV, references etc.)electronically.
