Le comptable des comptes fournisseurs est chargé de superviser le processus de paiement de l'entreprise, de la réception des factures au traitement des paiements. Ce rôle implique la tenue de registres financiers précis, le rapprochement des comptes et la collaboration avec les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des transactions en temps voulu.Traitement des factures :Recevoir, examiner et vérifier l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité des factures.Faire correspondre les factures avec les bons de commande et veiller à ce que les comptes du grand livre soient correctement codés.Saisir les factures dans le système comptable.Traitement des paiements :Préparer et traiter les transferts électroniques, et les virements.Veiller à ce que tous les paiements soient effectués conformément aux politiques et aux délais de l'entreprise.Vérifier l'exactitude des lots de paiements avant de les traiter.Rapprochement des comptes :Rapprocher les transactions des comptes fournisseurs et contrôler les comptes pour s'assurer que les paiements sont à jour.Résoudre les divergences en assurant la coordination avec les fournisseurs et les services internes.Gérer les dossiers des fournisseurs et les mettre à jour si nécessaire.Déclaration des dépenses :Examiner et traiter les notes de frais des employés, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient conformes aux politiques de l'entreprise.Rapprocher les relevés des cartes de crédit de l'entreprise et contrôler les dépenses des employés.Clôture en fin de mois :Aider aux processus de clôture mensuelle,Rapprocher le grand livre auxiliaire des comptes fournisseurs du grand livre général.Conformité et rapports :Veiller au respect des contrôles internes, des politiques de l'entreprise et des principes comptables.Contribution aux audits internes et externesGestion des fournisseurs :Servir de point de contact pour les vendeurs, en répondant aux demandes et en résolvant les problèmes.Amélioration des processus :Identifier les possibilités d'amélioration des processus au sein de la fonction de comptabilité fournisseurs.Participer aux mises à jour des systèmes, aux tests et à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles procédures.Formation : CFC Employé de commerceExpérience : minimum 1 à 4 ans d'expérience dans la comptabilité fournisseurs ou dans une fonction similaire.Expérience dans un secteur similaire ou dans une entreprise de taille comparable.Compétences :Forte compréhension des principes comptables et des processus de comptabilité fournisseurs.Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité (maîtrise de SAP un grand plus) et de Microsoft Excel.Excellente attention aux détails et compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes.Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à gérer des tâches multiples dans un environnement en évolution rapide.Environnement de travail :Bureau avec des horaires de travail normaux.2 jours de télétravail / semaineDes heures supplémentaires occasionnelles peuvent être nécessaires pendant les périodes de pointe, telles que les clôtures de fin de mois ou de fin d'année.Anglais de baseMovado Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
