BACKGROUNDBelonging to the Finance team and at the heart of process automation, you will be at the forefront of driving digital solutions within our financial activities. You will be directly responsible for end-to-end development and implementation of digital tools and solutions. You will lead the design, security assessment, development, and deployment of solutions that leverage financial data to drive transformation and continuous improvement.This role involves collaborating, exchanging ideas, and working on adapting solutions with different regions and departments within the organization.How will you make an impact?Reporting to the Finance Digital Transformation Manager and based in Villars-sur-Gâne, this role will be responsible for the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:Gather requirements and identify business intelligence and automation opportunities in Accounts Payable, Treasury, Financial Planning and Internal ControlsDevelop, optimize, and maintain existing solutions (BI or Automation), ensuring seamless integration with the company's environment and compliance requirementsEstablish and enforce best practices for data management, solution development, and secure deploymentCreate comprehensive documentation to support and maintain business processes and data analysis/automation effortsTranslate complex data insights into actionable solutionsLeverage and implement the latest available technologies and tools in close collaboration with Group Finance, Group Data Office, and Group TechnologyPresent deliverables and participate in the exchange of ideas during sharing sessions within wider Richemont communitiesCoach and mentor less experienced team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvementHOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?Education, experience and core competenciesUniversity degree in Finance, Data science, Mathematics or similar8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including at least 5 years in a transformation role, ideally gained in finance and within an international and matrix environment Strong track record of successfully driving end-to-end projects with concrete business outcomes through data analysis and automationProfessional experience with data visualization software such as PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud and/or LookerHands on experience with data modelling and data transformation/cleaning (SQL, PowerQuery) and programming languages/algorithmsHands on experience with automation tools such as Power Automate and/or UiPathPrevious experience with data management in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft SQL Server is a strong assetExperience in finance within the industrial sector is a plusPersonal, methodological and social skillsHigh ability to collect, organize and analyze high volume of complex data Pragmatic and solution-oriented with ability to quickly evaluate, learn, put to use and integrate new technologiesExcellent communication skillsTeam player with ability to interact with a variety of professionals at every level of the organizationAbility to communicate in a clear and concise mannerAgile with ability to work in a complex, fast paced and demanding environmentWHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?Our true power does not lie in our similarities but in the rich diversity of our arts, cultures, and human skills, as well as our specific ability to foster untapped potential.We value freedom, collegiality, loyalty, and solidarity.We foster empathy, curiosity, courage, humility, and integrity.We care for the world we live in.YOUR JOURNEY WITH USYour application will be carefully reviewed by our recruitment teams, who will give you a follow-up shortly.
