Reporting to the Regional Vice President, you'll be responsible for:Recruiting, hire and develop world-class sales talent, build development plans for each sales rep, and coach and motivate sales team to overachieve on targetsUnderstanding and solve customer pain points through Zscaler's unique value propositionBeing the GM of your business and create a plan for success, and accurately forecast business monthly/quarterly/yearlyActing as executive sponsor for key partners to create joint plans, generate pipeline and drive opportunities to closureFostering a culture which embraces DE&IWhat We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)5+ years of full-cycle sales management experience within software or security industryBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceProgressive selling experience engaging with accounts and selling at C-LevelWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)You have established relationships with current and prospective customersYou understand the bigger picture, customer goals and how technology can facilitate themProficiency in strategic sales planning with experience closing net new logosAt Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
