About SonrysaFounded in 2012 and 2015 respectively, Heytalent and Sonrysa merged in the fall of 2023 to form a European digital services company headquartered in Lausanne, Switzerland, with subsidiaries in France, Spain, England, and Sweden.The company currently has 60 consultants across its various locations, with the goal of reaching 90 consultants by the end of 2024.For over 10 years, we have been supporting our clients in their IT projects to help them succeed.We are 100% independent and proudly intend to remain so.ContextAs a Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing,implementing, and maintaining both on-premises and cloud-based IT infrastructureYou will work with Citrix, SCCM, Windows Server ecosystems, virtualization, networking,and core cloud services. You will ensure the availability, performance, and reliability ofour infrastructure while applying general security best practices across all systemsThis role combines traditional infrastructure engineering with modern cloudtechnologies to support client's growing hybrid environment.Key Responsibilities:On-Premises & Virtual Infrastructure• Design, install, configure and maintain Citrix environments, including XenApp,XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler and Provisioning Services both on-premiseand cloud• Manage and administer SCCM, including software deployment, patchmanagement, inventory, reporting and compliance.• Manage and administer Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GroupPolicy and other core infrastructure services.• Support virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and maintain on-premise compute, storage, and network components. Cloud & Hybrid Environments• Support cloud-based services and hybrid integrations across Azure, M365, andrelated platforms.• Participate in migrating, optimizing, and maintaining workloads in hybrid/on-premises environments.• Support identity and access management integrations between on-premisesAD and cloud identity (Entra ID)Performance, Monitoring & Reliability• Monitor and optimize the performance, availability and reliability of the hybridIT infrastructure using various tools and best practices.• Implement and improve automation where beneficial (PowerShell, cloud automation tools, SCCM task sequences, etc.).• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues and provide root causeanalysis and recommendationsGovernance, Documentation & Collaboration• Document and update IT infrastructure policies, procedures and standards.• Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve the hybridIT infrastructure.• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other IT staff.• Collaborate closely with cross-functional IT teams and vendors.Security (General Awareness Only)• Apply standard security best practices within infrastructure systems (patching,hardening, least-privilege, secure configurations).• Support corporate security initiatives led by the security team (e.g., MFA rollout, compliance checks).• Ensure systems follow standard protection guidelines without responsibility for advanced security engineeringRequirements:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field, orequivalent work experience.• At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, administration orsupport.• Strong knowledge and experience with Citrix technologies, such as XenApp,XenDesktop, StoreFront, NetScaler and Provisioning Services.• Strong knowledge and experience with SCCM, including software deployment,patch management, inventory, reporting and compliance.• Strong knowledge and experience with Windows servers, Active Directory, DNS,DHCP, Group Policy and other core services.• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.• Good communication and documentation skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Certifications in Citrix, SCCM and other relevant cloud technologies arepreferred.• Strong Azure Cloud KnowledgeBenefits:• Competitive salary and an excellent 2nd pillar pension benefits package• Opportunities for career growth and advancement• A collaborative and supportive work environment• Flexible work hours
