Rate: Full-TimeType of contract: Internship, 6 monthsStart date: as soon as possibleWhat we offer at NestléFlexible work policies in terms of core hoursInternational, diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment : Read more about our Nestlé CommunityOpportunities to have an impact and contribute to your team's successEndless learning opportunities and enriching experiencesStrong mentorship for your professional growthProfessional network and route to entry level position Position Summary As a Digital & Event Intern, you will support the Swiss Workplace Solutions (SWS) team in achieving key communications objectives through the following deliverables.We offer a dynamic, inclusive and international working environment with many opportunities across different companies, functions and regions and work together in diverse teams with diverse cultures.A Day in the Life of a Digital & Event InternAssist the SWS team in delivering impactful communication initiativesSupport the planning, promotion, execution and follow up of communication plansDevelop content for internal digital channelsCreate compelling visual assets to support various communicationsDraft scripts for video messages and other multimedia projectsHelp organize and coordinate internal events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-upCoordinate and follow up various projects with different stakeholdersWhat will make you successfulBachelor degree (completed or ongoing) in hospitality, communication, design, digital communication or equivalentGood knowledge of picture edition software and PowerPointKnowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and basic HTML skills would be an advantageAbility to connect to colleagues and stakeholders, build communication objectives from the various expectations and deliver on them in a creative wayAbility to work autonomously and show initiative in a dynamic environmentExcellent level of French and English (verbal and written communication skills)
