**Position Summary**

As a **Digital Content Intern**, you will gain hands-on experience in creating engaging digital training materials and supporting brand content guidance initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse teams, assist in managing internal communications, and facilitate webinars. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your design skills, learn about digital content strategies in a global brand context, and develop your professional capabilities in a dynamic environment. Additionally, you will gain exposure to Generative AI tools and social media trends, further enriching your understanding of the digital landscape.

**A Day in the Life of a Digital Content Intern**
- Assist in the creation and delivery of engaging training materials for both existing and new workstreams within the content team, utilizing the GROW platform to enhance learning experiences.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and manage an effective internal communication plan, ensuring timely and clear messaging across the organization.
- Help track and manage budget-related activities, providing valuable insights and support to ensure financial accountability within the team
- Assisting the team in the preparation and execution of webinars and networking calls, helping to foster connections and share knowledge within the industry.

**What will make you successful**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communication, Digital Media, Social Media, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Prior academic or work experience in marketing, preferably within a corporate environment (international experience is a plus) or at a marketing agency.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a high level of proficiency.
