Known for precision and reliability, the company supplies reinforcement solutions for major construction and infrastructure projects across Europe.Position: Sales / Strategic Partnership Development Engineer (m/w/d) 80%-100%Location: 3-4 days per week Home-office possibility (german speaking part of CH)Type: Full-time (80%-100%), PermanentLanguages:Fluent German requiredRole SummaryYou will act as the technical and commercial link between the company and its customers, promoting reinforcement solutions and driving sales growth within the assigned region. This role requires strong engineering knowledge, customer-oriented communication, and the ability to provide expert technical advice within the construction and civil engineering sectors.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage long-term relationships with construction companies, engineering firms, contractors, and distributors.Provide technical consultation on reinforcement components, including product specifications, applications, and design integration.Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations, product demonstrations, and project proposals.Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.Collaborate with the engineering and production teams in Switzerland to ensure accurate project requirements and timely delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects to support strategic sales planning.Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer training sessions.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer development, and project status.Required QualificationsEducation background in Civil Engineering - mandatory.Fluent German - mandatory.Good English language skills.Experience in technical sales, project engineering, or customer-facing engineering roles.Solid understanding of structural systems, reinforcement techniques, and construction materials.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel within the assigned region.Valid driver's license.Attractive?Opportunity to work with a global leader in precision reinforcement solutions.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Strong brand reputation and high-quality products that support market success.Are you looking for a new challenge?
