The Officer will also oversee regulatory projects and assist in other activities within Group Regulatory Affairs relevant to regulatory engagement and reporting. Main responsibilitiesContribute to and drive the ongoing enhancement of the existing framework for monitoring regulatory changeMonitoring and management of regulatory developments that might impact the Group Communication and coordination of relevant stakeholdersMonitoring of regulatory engagement trends from regulatorsOversight of regulatory projects related to the implementation of new regulatory requirements including tracking of projects milestones, deliverables and main risksPreparing relevant reporting, summaries and presentations for senior management Support the design and further enhancement of the regulatory change management framework across the GroupAssisting in other ad hoc projects within Group Regulatory AffairsSkills and experienceUniversity degree in Legal; Finance; or BusinessMinimum of 7 years' experience in relevant field Good understanding of the legislative process particularly in Switzerland and the EU and familiar with main Swiss and EU financial legislationVery good level of spoken and written English and French or GermanExcellent presentation skills Our valuesAccountability: Taking ownership for tasks and challenges as well as seeking continuous improvementHands-on: Being proactive to rapidly deliver high-quality resultsPassionate: Being committed and striving for excellenceSolution-driven: Focusing on client outcomes and treating clients fairly with a risk-aware mindsetPartnership-oriented: Promoting collaboration and teamwork.
