Our mission is to make data and analytics moreaccessible, trustworthy, and actionable. We maximize the value of data andanalytics initiatives by promoting the proper use of analytics in businessprocesses, ensuring accurate insights based on quality data, reducing riskswith security, and guiding the prioritization of projects so the rightinformation is available at the right time.What your day would be likeAs a Senior Manager Master Data Governance, youwill:- Leadthe end-to-end implementation of MDM solutions, from requirementsgathering to deployment and post-go-live operational support.- Collaboratewith business stakeholders to define master data domains, data qualityrules, and governance processes.- Translatebusiness requirements into functional and technical specifications for theMDM platform.- Overseesolution design, data modeling, and integration with enterprise systems(ERP, CRM, etc.).- Establishdata governance roles (data owners, stewards, custodians).- Definepolicies and procedures for data creation, modification, and deletion.- Analyzehow MDM will affect existing processes and systems.- Documentprocess changes and update SOPs.- Identifyrisks and mitigation strategies for resistance or disruption.- Aligngovernance with organizational compliance and regulatory requirements.- Createongoing learning programs to sustain adoption.- Provideleadership and guidance to project teams, data stewards, and technicalspecialists.We would love to hear from you if- 7+years of experience in Master Data Management with proven track record ofleading end-to-end implementations (planning, design, build, deployment,and support).- Experiencewith multi-domain MDM (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.).- Experiencedefining data standards, policies, and compliance requirements.- Strongunderstanding of MDM concepts, data governance frameworks, and dataquality management.- Experiencewith leading MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Profisee).- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement abilities.- Familiaritywith data integration, migration, and enterprise architecture principles.- Fluency inEnglish; other languages are a plus in our international organizationTravel Required: NLearn more about IATA's role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at iata/careers/.
