Votre équipePictet Asset Services (PAS) propose des services de banque dépositaire, des services liés aux fonds ainsi que des solutions de trading à des gérants indépendants, à des gestionnaires de fonds et à des clients institutionnels. Nous maîtrisons en interne chaque dimension de l'asset servicing et concevons des solutions sur mesure, telles que des outils analytiques à valeur ajoutée, des supports à l'élaboration de stratégies de trading et des interfaces utilisateurs, pour offrir une expérience client inégalée.Votre rôle- Etre le contact principal pour un portefeuille de gérants indépendants (GI).- Offrir un support et résoudre les problèmes pour toutes les thématiques opérationnelles et administratives.- Participer au processus administratif de mise en place des relations GI et de leurs comptes clients, en collaboration avec les chargés de relations (CRM).- Traiter les opérations de paiement et de transfert, en veillant à ce que les appels de vérification (call-back) soient effectués de manière systématique, et fournir un soutien pour les autres types de transactions, selon les besoins.- Traiter les demandes (codifications clients internes, cartes de crédit, limites de crédit, conditions spéciales, etc.) et effectuer les saisies dans les workflows correspondants.- Gérer le flux documentaire (archivage, traitement des formulaires physiques et électroniques).- Bien connaître les principaux partenaires internes, établir avec eux d'étroites relations et être leur interlocuteur/trice de référence pour le portefeuille.- Veiller à ce que la prise des appels téléphoniques soit assurée au sein de l'équipe et fournir un soutien pour les tâches administratives.- Appliquer les politiques et directives en vigueur et accompagner la mise en œuvre de nouvelles règles.Votre profil- Formation bancaire ou jugée équivalente.- Expérience de 2 ans en assistanat de gestion dans banque privée ou chez un gérant indépendant.- Excellentes connaissances transversales au niveau des flux opérationnels.- Sens du service à la clientèle.- Solide esprit d'équipe.- Aptitude à communiquer avec une grande aisance.- Sens développé des responsabilités, résistance au stress et capacité à gérer des situations délicates.- Sens de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités.- Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels MS Office.- Bilingue français-espagnol et anglais courant (C1).- Domicile en Suisse requis.NoteJCRO/FH/MTWe will not accept any CVs via agenciesDiversity & InclusionPictet is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse environment.
