At Vacheron Constantin, we're looking for someone passionate about the world of fine watchmaking, ready to grow their network, create unforgettable experiences for our clients, and contribute to the success of our boutique with energy and dedicationIf this resonates with you, then you must be the right talent to join our dynamic Geneva Boutique as a Senior Client Advisor YOUR MISSION:Sharing our passion for Belle Haute HorlogerieAchieving monthly and yearly turnover targetsBuilding strong relationships with our local and international clientsEnsuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by constantly going "above and beyond"Representing the Maison and its values inside and outside the BoutiqueSupporting vigorously all Boutique activities (incl. events and clients entertainment)Contributing to the general administration of the Boutique in daily operations such as After Sales Service, stock handling, clients follow-up etc.You will be successful in the role IF:You are a dynamic, passionate and a self-driven Sales Person who wants to be an Ambassador of our prestigious MaisonYou are result-oriented, efficient, focused on quality service and willing to constantly improve on what has been achievedYou are a true team player with strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal competences and empathyTHE REQUIRED TALENTS WE SEARCH FOR:You are action oriented, assertive in negotiating and willing to close the dealYou hold a very good general education and sense for local and international etiquetteYou have proven success and experience in luxury retail or hospitalityYou are an excellent communicator, able to develop a local and international clientele by constantly nurturing relationshipsYou are organized and familiar with MS OfficeYou speak French and English (a third language is a strong plus)If this is you, you could be the one we are searching for to strenghten our sales teamWE OFFER YOU:A diverse and dynamic Boutique environment where you will be able to challenge and develop yourselfWe are particularly passionate about growing and developing our people#Richemont #WeCraftTheFuture
