Innerhalb des Applications, Data & AI Center of Excellence bist du eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Finanzen, HR und weitere Fachbereiche. Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Betreuung der ERP-Applikationen sowohl technisch als auch inhaltlich.Deine weiteren AufgabenSicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der ERP-Applikationen (Navision, Business Central)Beratung der Fachbereiche zur optimalen Anwendung und ProzessgestaltungErstellung und Pflege von Betriebs- und Anwenderdokumentationen sowie Schulung der Nutzer:innenBetreuung von Incident-, Change- und Release-Management inkl. Testing und KoordinationLeitung oder Mitarbeit in Projekten im Applikations- und ERP-UmfeldÜbernahme von Pikettdiensten nach BedarfAnforderungenHöhere Ausbildung in Medizin-, Wirtschafts- oder Informatik (HF, FH, Uni)Erfahrung im Applikationsbetrieb, idealerweise mit ERP-Systemen in komplexen OrganisationenKenntnisse im Projekt- und ProzessmanagementStilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftStrukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar zu vermittelnWeitere InformationenIch als Managing Partner bei The Brains bin dein Ansprechpartner.
