Job DescriptionA dynamic and human size Trust company is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer in Zurich.Responsibilities:·Assist with new client on-boarding·Ongoing review of compliance files·Ability to contribute and to improve the existing compliance directives and procedures·Ongoing compliance support relating to both Swiss & international matters including reporting obligations (CRS & FATCA)·To work closely with trust team to ensure completion of ongoing compliance objectives and projects·Provide training to new employees on systems and compliance policiesRequirements:·A minimum of 5 years relevant experience·Good knowledge of client documentation and regulations in Swiss trust industry·Good knowledge of CRS and FATCA regulations·General knowledge of Swiss & international tax system and the local statutory requirements·Ideally with legal background·TEP qualified and Viewpoint knowledge would be an advantage Profile·Strong analytical skills,attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently, to establish priorities and keep deadlines·A team player, with good communications skills, a positive working attitude and 'hands-on' mentality·Fluent English is essentialIf you are a detail-oriented and well-organized professional with a dedicated mindest to trust administration, we invite you to apply.
