Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: HR Ops ManagerJob Location: Zurich, SwitzerlandMain Responsibilities:Define and communicate internal policies pertaining to Human ResourcesManage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labour law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and HuaweiResponsible for the compliance and management policies related to Human resourcesConduct personnel management, including work contract preparation, on-boarding process, exit processCollect and analyse employee dataUse data to create employee profilesOrganise and update employee filesResponsible for contractor's management, including confirming needs with business department, conducting interview and recruitment process etc.Requirements:Relevant training and/or certifications for HR functionProven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or similar role (at least 5 years)Demonstrated knowledge of employment lawOutstanding interpersonal skillsExceptional written and verbal communicationExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving abilityRelevant training and/or certifications for HR functionGerman and English at business fluent level are mandatory, French is an advantagePlease send your detailed resume/CV in English.What We Offer: We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
