You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the customer relationships within your portfolio. You possess strong sales and technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and persuasive power. You will contribute to managing and expanding your customer portfolio in line with our growth strategy. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and have the opportunity to actively shape a dynamic environment. Participation in events, both virtual and physical, worldwide, is also part of your responsibilities.RequirementsYour Skills and ExperienceAs a future team member, you bring the following:Higher education with a university or university of applied sciences degreeAt least 3–5 years of experience in a comparable position in client relationship management (preferably SaaS and B2B)Ability to maintain and expand customer relationships through professional supportConfident, motivated personality with a proactive approach; results-oriented with strong customer and service focusAbility to set priorities and perform at a high level even under pressureAbility to quickly learn new technical applications and processesFluent in German and English; additional languages are a plusExcellent user skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); prior knowledge of treasury applications or ERP systems is an advantageJoin Fides Treasury Services AG as a Client Relationship Manager to innovate in global multibank connectivity.
