Remote work from abroad is not possible.TasksEvaluate and redesign the existing cost allocation frameworks (e.g. standard process costs, IT cost allocation) to ensure transparency, consistency, and strategic relevanceSupport and advise the core project working group as a sparring partner, providing conceptual input and analytical expertise throughout all project phasesLead and develop dedicated work streams, ensuring the application of industry best practices in the areas of economic profit measurement, cost allocation, and performance managementContribute to short-term deliverables on priority topics such as variable compensation frameworks and profitability steering enhancementsCollaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across finance, business, and technology to align methodologies and ensure effective implementation of the revised frameworkRequirementsStrong academic record: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent, preferably at Master's degree level3-5 years of work experience in consulting/Big Four or project managementExpert knowledge related to cost allocation, economic profit, and steering frameworksVery good knowledge and understanding of the Banking businessStrong stakeholder management across all seniority levelsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsBusiness fluent English skillsSoft SkillsStakeholder ManagementAnalytical ThinkingCommunication SkillsInteressiert?
