LOCATION: ZURICHRetail (store team)In shortWe are looking for a Retail Project Manager to drive the new store opening process for our own Retail stores. In this role, you will elevate the new store opening process by leading new store openings project management and driving seamless execution. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store launches while fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.Your MissionDrive project management for new retail store openings around the world ensuring smooth collaboration with stakeholders involved (e.g. visual merchandising team, construction team).Ensure all elements of store readiness are executed to deliver a premium customer experience from day one on (e.g. training, merchandising, operational setup...).Act as the single point of contact for the global retail team and senior leadership throughout the new store opening process.Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and contingency plans to ensure transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.Gather, organize and share project learnings with project stakeholders.Drive initiatives and manage projects to ensure the store opening process scales effectively alongside ambitious retail growth targets (e.g. developing new tools, check-lists, standards).Your storyYou have 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, previous experience in premium retail and/ or the sports industry is a plus.You have strong experience in project management from start to finish coordinating cross-functional teams.You have an entrepreneurial growth mindset, eager to challenge the status quo with an appetite for relentless improvement.You have a deep understanding of Retail and Operational Excellence and can effectively advocate for it across diverse stakeholder groups.You are curious to work globally across different cultures.You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are thriving in a dynamic and complex environment with the ability to work autonomously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.About the TeamJoin one of the world's fastest-growing sportswear brands and help shape the future of On's retail presence.
