You will work closely with a CFO who leads with openness, transparency, and a true listening mindset — creating an environment where ideas are welcomed and people feel valued.OfferWhat You Can ExpectA high level of responsibility in finance, including involvement in M&A activitiesClose collaboration with the CFOA healthy work life balanceFlat hierarchies, quick decision-making, and an open, supportive company cultureA modern system landscape with a strong focus on digitalizationInternal and external training opportunities (minimum 2 days per year)Fair employment conditions and attractive social benefits5 to 6 weeks of vacation per year (depending on age), plus the option to purchase up to 10 additional daysA collegial team environment with regular team eventsYour ResponsibilitiesManaging the accounting of several entities, including intercompany reconciliations and consolidationPreparing monthly and annual financial statements according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss GAAP FERHandling tax matters, including VAT filings and tax calculationsFurther developing and optimizing accounting processes and systemsIndependently preparing and supporting the annual audit, including ICS and risk management tasksServing as a key point of contact for external auditors and financial partnersYour ProfileAbove all, we value mindset, personality, and drive — both junior and senior profiles are welcomeA qualification in accounting (e.g., eidg.
