For our Talent Acquisition Team based in Zurich we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner %) who builds trusted partnerships with the hiring managers but can also connect with candidates and assess them accordingly.What would your role be?Strong recruiting experience, preferably in Technology and Legal & ComplianceLead and process full recruiting cycle in collaboration with hiring managersBuild strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders and be influential in the decision making processesDefine and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talents and ensure a diverse pool of candidates, also via direct sourcingManage candidates throughout all stages of the recruiting journey and provide a best-in-class candidate experience based on Vontobel's hiring standards and processesAttend and present Vontobel at Recruiting events and provide internal Interview trainingsWhat are we looking for?At least 5 years' of experience as a Recruiting- / Talent Acquisition Partner within a fast paced and client centric organizationAdvantage to have experience in the financial, consulting or tech industryDynamic personality with a positive and team-oriented mindsetAn open and winning communicator with high standards in delivery of an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experienceMulticultural exposure, ability to interact with all type of professionals and levels of seniorityFluent in German and EnglishWhat do we offer?Top Zurich location with collaboration spaces (including rooftop terraces) and free lunchFriendly, diverse team in an open-office spaceAll the latest technology to help you excel and advanceAgile environment in how we think, the way we work and our trust for each otherFlat hierarchy with collaboration on all levelsCampus feeling and collaborative spiritThank you for applying to Vontobel.
